Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace

Turn off the computer first, then unplug it. Also remember to remove any external items, such as peripherals and cables, and then remove the screws to access the computer and its components.

Place everything in reserved places on your workstation. Make sure you have enough space to work and store all the necessary materials. Note that you will also have to store your components there, such as the GPU, the processor, or the motherboard.

Step 2: Disassemble The Components

At this point, we recommend that you take a picture of your installation, from several angles. In this way, you will be able to reproduce it more easily once the water-cooling is installed.

Open the computer, then carefully remove the various components, from the processor to the graphics card. By doing so, you will have access to the motherboard.
